Reality is a 2022 Lagoon 46 Owner’s Version commissioned in March 2022 and owned from new by one experienced owner. She has been continually upgraded and professionally maintained with long-distance cruising in mind, with particular attention to reliability, comfort, onboard power, fresh-water production and communications.

Her equipment package is designed to support extended cruising with reduced reliance on marina facilities. Key systems include approximately 2,000W of solar, a 1,400Ah lithium house bank, dual Victron MultiPlus II inverter/chargers, an Onan 11.5kVA generator and a Duo Desalination watermaker. Starlink, Peplink and Iridium GO provide a comprehensive communications package.

The Owner’s Version three-cabin layout provides a generous owner’s hull, two guest cabins and three heads. Five reverse-cycle air-conditioning units, a washer/dryer, additional refrigeration, an ice maker and a UV drinking-water system add to the yacht’s suitability for comfortable extended stays aboard.

For sailing and deck operations, Reality is equipped with the Lagoon 46 Code Zero package, an Oxley Levante “Bora” downwind sail, three electric Harken winches, Harken Fatwinder wave control and an electric dinghy hoist. A Highfield CL340 console RIB with Honda 20hp outboard is included.

The yacht is being offered for sale because her owners are taking delivery of a significantly larger yacht. Reality is currently ashore at Clarkes Court Boatyard, Woburn Bay, Grenada, where scheduled maintenance and preparation work is being carried out.
